RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and for shoes in the original box with packaging.

We do not refund sale items

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, simply read over the return form carefully and fill out the form, place the item/s securely in its original packaging and pop in the return form provided.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless items. are faulty. Please remember to obtain proof of postage since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear on your debit/credit card statement, depending on your debit/credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS
